Account reset

I loaded up BF 5 on my PS4 yesterday and noticed my whole Account has been reset. That includes all levels as well as cosmetics and everything the Account is basically fresh. My PSN Account is still ...

Nobody can assist you on this forum, only EA support has the adequate resources to assist you further. Wait a few days then check in with support again. Where did you buy the game?
