The armory doesn't show the packs like is shown in the screenshot
I have installed the game and checked it myself. The reason you are not seeing any packs is because you own them. The skin bundles are located in one of the other windows inside the armory.

You should try reinstalling your game, the issue should be resolved after that.

When did you start having this issue? I assume everything worked fine before?
I started to have this issue before the open beta of Battlefield 6
I wish I could provide you with more assistance, but everything I recommend would be guess work.
I believe you should try talking with EA support, they might be able to assist you.

Nothing by now, I sended a message 5 days ago to EA support explaining the issue but I haven’t a response from them yet.
