Assault Mastery I not showing
I have reached Assault level 20 yet have not recieved assault master I special assignment and I submitted a case yet it just says "waiting on player" and wont give me any other options

The "Waiting on Player" case status means that EA Help have sent you an email and they're waiting for you to respond. It might be worth checking the junk folder of your linked email address in case it's ended up there, although if memory serves you should also be able to see it when viewing the case itself on the help site.
