Banned on BFV, never played

Anyone else just randomly get banned? I barely have touched this game and have 2.5 hours played which was closer to the launch of the game and have never touched it since. I decided to get on today and just give it another go as I was feeling the battlefield itch and didnt want to play 2042 and was met with an account ban and no reason as to why! How can I be banned when i had not even touched the game in over a year!? It is honestly mind boggling and hope I'm not the only one this has happened to. Given how long it can take for support I doubt's if i will even be seen to. Also for context my EA account says i have no bans at the moment so this just makes no sense at all.

    Hey @supermegabro12 you will need to speak with our TOS team.

    The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    same exact thing happened to me. I challenged the ruling and it did no good. I had to buy another copy of BF V and start all over again. EA owes me money! But since I will never get an apology and reinstatement, I have decide to not support EA buy never purchasing any more games from them in the future. It is the only power we have as consumers.
