When purchasing the Battlefield V definitive edition, you are told you will be given all of the elite skins. However, I did not receive them and the support was not helpful at all. I want to speak to someone on the phone for support but it is becoming very clear that EA does not have an interest in helping their customers. I will not be using the "Live Chat" again because it is useless and they will not help you.

The content could be in the Armory waiting to be opened.
When games with DLC are purchased it doesn't always install them automatically on PlayStation, Xbox, Origin, or Steam. Can you check to see if you have the extra content installed?

The phone option is available on the website when you create a case. You have to select the "+" symbol to expand the call option. When I went through the website for the screen to share with you, the phone option didn't appear until I scrolled slightly down with the mouse wheel.
