Battlefield V and display settings

Sometimes when I try to launch Battlefield V, it starts to boot it up normally but when the start screen shows up the display settings get weird. Basically it sets my resolution, colors and refresh ...

Have you tried using the Nvidia app to configure the graphics settings? This could be an option to fix the issue.

Nvidia app isn't letting me change the refresh rate back to normal anymore

    This is weird, maybe try reinstalling the Nvidia app. Usually this should be easily executed via the Nvidia app.
