Battlefield V Multiplayer interface screen missing. XBOX

There is a big blank page when it should be filled with interface icons to click on. Also the game servers randomly shut down even if they are full. and Platoon tags randomly not showing on play...

High lighted blue in the box should be interface menus you can click on.
