Bf5 upgrade

Is anyone else not able to play? Says I need to upgrade meanwhile I own the game?? Says trial but it's the main game. [Xbox x/s]

    Hi dylanwoody,

    This happens occasionally and seems to be due to a trial status marker on either the Xbox or EA account. You will need to contact EA Help (help.ea.com) and/or Xbox Support (https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/) so they can investigate and resolve the issue on the account.
