BFV 2025 - Games does launch fully

Hi Community and Team,

Can I please get assistance with my Battlefield V Game which I had purchased on Steam. I have tried multiple solutions and fixes throughout this forum and external ones.

The game is crashing after 30 seconds and won't get past the splash screen. It has never been launched fully, and I have owned this game for roughly 8 days now, all of which are spent troubleshooting, redownloading, verifying.

Please, help would be appreciated, I don't want to necessarily refund the game.

  • I have the same problem, I bought the game just yesterday in the EA app but it doesn't open, the rectangle opens as if it were loading the game, then it closes and the EA app opens again, I have been doing a thousand solutions that I have seen on the internet, even in these forums, but NOTHING works and I am already desperate.

    I feel you, it's exhausting because I have been stuck with this for 8 days, tirelessly trying to resolve it.
    This is kinda ridiculous

    It's horrible, I'm trying to contact support right now to tell them everything I've tried to start the game, even though I don't have much hope that they will solve the problem

    Please keep me in the loop of what they say, I have not had the time to reach out since I work full time and barely get to game.
    Having to try solve this to relax is crazy.

    Of course, I'll tell you when the conversation with support is finished, and I'll tell you if it worked or not and what I did.

    We are lost haha, he already spoke with support and he gave me 2 solutions for this but none of them worked and he only apologized for not being able to solve it and told me that he hopes the community will solve it soon... what a help they provide :/

    So you're telling me all we can do is refund or wait for a fix. what the hell 😭
    All this wasted time trying to solve this

    I know, I know it sucks, the worst thing is that the guy I was talking to told me the same thing that if I wanted to refund it he would leave me the link below, we are practically against a rock and a hard place, we will have to keep trying on our own :L
