I have the same problem, I bought the game just yesterday in the EA app but it doesn't open, the rectangle opens as if it were loading the game, then it closes and the EA app opens again, I have been doing a thousand solutions that I have seen on the internet, even in these forums, but NOTHING works and I am already desperate.
I feel you, it's exhausting because I have been stuck with this for 8 days, tirelessly trying to resolve it.
This is kinda ridiculousIt's horrible, I'm trying to contact support right now to tell them everything I've tried to start the game, even though I don't have much hope that they will solve the problem
Please keep me in the loop of what they say, I have not had the time to reach out since I work full time and barely get to game.
Having to try solve this to relax is crazy.
