BFV dowsn't launch (PC)
I can't launch my BF5 on steam and EA app, I have tried to fix the issue but none of the methods work.

Hey @Leopard8964,
I see you've been trying to fix your BFV but we don't know which steps you've tried so far, would you mind listing the steps you have tried? As we don't know which steps were performed yet, I'd suggest starting with the steps on this article: Games that won't download, install, or load in the EA app
If that doesn't solve the problem, would you please provide some further information on what is happening such as:
- Does the game open and then crash or it doesn't load at all?
- Do you see any error messages? What's the error message?
- What steps have you tried so far?Thanks for helping me to fix the problem. I have asked help from the EA support, they have helped me out. The problem is caused by my VPN software on my pc. Thanks for contacting me, I appreciate your help!
