Uninstalling the on-board graphics seems to be the way to go here. I do not recommend disabling the motherboard graphics via the BIOS. See the following two links:

Greetings, I have the same problem here. Uninstalling from Device Manager fixed it, but Windows keeps reinstalling the driver automatically just by itself. Do you know what can I do to fix this? (I disabled the iGPU from BIOS also)

If you have uninstalled the device and disabled it in the BIOS, and Windows still automatically installs the driver, I am unsure how to proceed other than to maybe contact your hardware manufacturer or check their website for further troubleshooting. EA_Barry.

I fixed it! All I had to do was checking the driver's hardware ID, then put that ID into Local Group Policy Editor to stop Windows from reinstalling it again, in case somebody wants to know. I won't recommend going there at first resort tho, because if you mess up a setting you may break your PC, so please be careful with what you're doing. Please read about Local Group Policy Editor first of all and watch YT tutorials if someone else wants to give it a shot. I did it only because I couldn't find an easier solution that worked for me. Thanks for your response
