BFV packet loss (Please help)

First of all sorry for my bad english, not native speaker.

I play on PC, through Origin app, wired Ethernet connection. (DxDiag report attached)

For the last month I cant play BFV normally. Every time I load up the game I get this screen. 

YOU HAVE LOST CONNECTION TO THE EA SERVERS.

After pressing GO ONLINE button for 20 times it disappears.

But still menu options wont load at all. I cant access YOUR COMPANY, ARMORY and other things.

I've googled every error I saw on screen.

I've checked every forum thread with those errors and tried every solution to fix these problems, nothing helped.

Solution I tried:

1) Reinstalled BFV and Origin

2) Cleared Origin and browser cache

3) Flushed my DNS settings and renewed them

4) Open UDP and TCP ports (BFV and ORIGIN) in my router settings

5) Updated my routers firmware

6) Reinstalled and updated my network drivers

7) Completely deleted VPN services from my pc and all leftovers from them (adapters and so on..)

8) Set static IP on my PC

9) Tried repairing the game via Origin

10) Enabled Cloud Saves for BFV in origin

11) Uninstalled OneDrive

12) Running as admin

The only thing that indicates network problems is UOTrace utility.

Somewhere on the way to BFV EU server (159.153.72.252) I get 100% packet loss.

As I understand I can do nothing about it.

Tried contacting EA support several times but they wont try to help me at all, only giving useless links to troubleshooting topics that I tried 999 times.

The only way for me to play is going to advanced server search and trying to connect from there. It works 1 out of 10 times. Ingame ping is good and stable if I manage to connect.

Generally my internet connection is perfectly fine, no other games behave like that

I don't know how can I fix my problem at this point, please help 😢
