Can’t connect to ea server Battlefield v

I'm not being able to get a game I think because the servers are down...There was I think by memory an 18 in the top right hand corner and the circle thing meaning that it's going to get a game isn't happening I think because the servers are down...Can anyone help me to know what is exactly happening and when it will be fixed

From what I can see it looks like the servers are up and running. I'm not seeing any outages at the moment. 

If you're still running into the same issue I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. I'm curious if there might actually be an account issue that isn't allowing you to reach the servers.

Were you able to set up a case? If so, do you have a case number that I could take a look at?

I've tried to make one but it won't make that case every time then deletes it what I've written

When you've got a chance can you try clearing out your browser cache to see if that helps at all? I'm wondering if there might be something in the cached data that's causing some issues with the EA Help site.

Are you trying to set up a case through a mobile web browser, or are you using a PC?
