Case #237470435 Fixed and Penalty History is empty but BFV shows Ban

Hello,

My appeal case #237470435 is marked as ''Fixed''. My ''Penalty History'' page is empty with no violations

But I still can't play Battlefield V. I get ''Account Banned'' with error code EC:10901. It seems like a synchronization issue between the EA portal and game servers.

Can a Community Mangaer please help me?

    Try starting a different chat with an EA support agent, additionally try reinstalling your game before starting a new chat.

    Hello again danisoff​. I am unable to post all 22 screenshots directly here due to forum HTML errors, but I have compiled them into a single album for you to see the absolute misconduct of the support staff.

     

    Link Summary: The album clearly shows that my Case #237470435 was marked as FIXED on Feb 11th. It also shows my Penalty History is EMPTY.

     

    Most importantly, you will see Advisor [removed]admitting the Specialist investigation is finished but refusing a Supervisor for the manual sync. Furthermore, you will see Advisor [removed]intentionally falsifying my case status as 'No Fix Available' today just to block my access to live support.

     

    I will NOT be submitting a new appeal. My history is empty and there is nothing to appeal against. I have been waiting for 5 days for a simple sync that advisors admit is necessary but refuse to perform.

     

    I hope this can be resolved here. I really don't want to have to take these 22 screenshots to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) or EA’s Global Compliance to report this intentional obstruction of service. Please perform the manual refresh and let me play the game I paid for.

    There is nothing much more that can be done regarding the issue on the forums. Your only way forward is to try talking with EA support again.
