Hello, I'm currently experiencing this issue and I’ve looked through all EA Forums posts on this topic. I have tried a large number of potential fixes already (repair / reinstall the EA Anticheat service, repair / reinstall the game in EA, run as administrator, disable antivirus, secure/clean boot, disable all non-Microsoft services in msconfig etc. etc.), but nothing seems to be working.

Yesterday I opened a case (#209121188) through the support chat, and received the following links for troubleshooting:
    https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/ea-anticheat/
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-11-and-secure-boot-a8ff1202-c0d9-42f5-940f-843abef64fad#:~:text=To%20access%20these%20settings%2C%20you,Settings%20%3E%20Restart%20to%20make%20changes
    https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

Since none of the provided troubleshooting steps helped solve the problem, the chat agent said he'd report the issue to game team directly and asked me to upvote posts on this topic. Hope anyone has further ideas to make BF V playable ... Thanks!

  • i found the solution, its one of the apps that u have on your pc/laptop causing this problem so try to close all the active apps that are running in the background then run the game that u want to play in EA app. for example for me it was legion fan control and one other app and the problem was this EA anti cheat app thinks that i have cheat on my system but doesnt actully know what is it so it decides to not let u play the game at all, and also try to block any allowed threats that u have in ur anti virus or ur windows sicurity because they might cause a problem too, the apps that are mostly suspious are the one that are open in ur icons of bottom right of ur taskbar (vanguard, razer central, nvidia, steam, epic games are safe so u dont need to worry about them, maybe vanguard not sometimes lol)
