I've spoken with EA online support twice and tried countless methods, but I've confirmed that my PC is fine; the problem lies in the most recent EA Javelin Anticheat update.
For the past two weeks, I've been diligently contacting EA support. They can only troubleshoot, but after repeatedly testing various possibilities, they've found my PC is perfectly fine. EA support simply tells me I need to wait for an update to fix the issue and directs me to forums.ea for possible solutions.
It's been over two weeks, and I still can't launch any Battlefield game software.
