Game settings and key bindings can't be saved
Intro animation keeps replaying: Every time I start the game, it forces me to watch the “WWII Story” opening sequence and I can’t skip it, as if the game thinks it’s my first time playing. All set...

Hey Creeyfish
Check out whether Battlefield V is writing its profile to a different location:
- Press Windows key + R.
- Enter:
shell:Personal
- Check whether this opens the same Documents folder where you have:
Battlefield V\settings
It may also be worth searching your Windows user folder for another PROFSAVE file. If more than one Battlefield V settings folder appears, the game may be reading from one location while you are editing another.
As another test, create a new local Windows user account, launch the game once, change one setting, close it normally, and start it again. If the settings save there, the issue is likely connected to the original Windows profile or its folder permissions.
