    Hi ffebdc02936800f6​,

    You'll need to remove or deactivate the software that's been highlighted in the message you're seeing. Software from DiscSoft Ltd, such as reWASD and Daemon Tools etc, isn't allowed by EAs anti-cheat, and could potentially lead to a ban.
