High latency due to bad IP routing from ISP
I have double the normal latency to Asia servers due to some IP routing issue by my ISP. I raised this with a government body here to force my ISP to fix the IP routing. The case was escalated and now I am requested to provide a statement or a technical report from EA that proofs that there is no issue from their server side and the issue is from my ISP. I tried to request technical support but all the options lead to some sort of "try this for internet issues" and does not allow me to create a ticket.
Is there a way to connect to EA and request any proof or technical report to help with my dispute against my ISP?
