High Ping from India/ Bad customer care experience

Bought the game yesterday only because BFV boasted of singapore servers during open beta. I checked the forums did the relevant research and purchased the game. Everything was fine yesterday. 70 ping to singapore. I am still a little rusty(console player here but xbox one is dead in india) but managed to get a few hours of gameplay in.

The next day... constant 300+ ping to singapore servers. Every single gametype and advance search to asian servers had a high ping. EU servers were lower which is never the case. Then I thought is my ISP messing up. Did a ping check to LOL garena... its fine.

Ping checked apex data center.... its fine.

Just battlefield is a whopping 300 + ping.

I contacted customer care for EA through chat. The first time it gave me the link to opening up my ports ( wow a solution)... Nope did not work.

I slept on it thinking heck next day everything might just reset and things would get back to normal... HAHA optimism FTL.

I contacted customer care again (session key : 6124783467037355215 ). It was stuck as a broken record contact you ISP contact your ISP. But if all the other games I am playing are fine? Is it really an ISP issue? Why am I only having trouble with battlefield. I also asked customer care for a refund for which they said no and closed the chat. Like wtf? its barely been a day since I first launched the game. And in the EA account it is said 24 hours since game launch if not contact customer care for it.

I dunno if it is just a traffic issue to asian ea servers. Or they are throttling Indian IP's. Im just confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Contacting customer service for ISP's are a whole other challenge. Luckily my bill is up for repayment so can harass them to get some answers. But there has never till date been any problem playing games to singapore servers until BF5 and today.
