I just download BF1 AND 5 to enjoy with my friends, but I realized while I was downloading both games, BF1 has like 12 languages such as chinese russian spanish and Arbic etc. But the BF V only had four which are English, French, Span and Port. Is there any way I can set up chinese language?

Battlefield V has support for Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. You should check the language options before installing Battlefield V.

I actually uninstall the game to check what you saying, but no, there is only four languages to select from when installing, Eng, French, Por, and Spin.
And yes, I purchase the game on EA, and yes, my client is running in chinese, so what to do next?
You should try talking with EA support, this has to be something linked to the copy of the game itself.

Do you have any other suggestions? EA support straight up ignore my case, they "Fixed" then "Closed" my case without a single advice provided. And the bottom says "resume case" doesn't even work!!! It didn't change the statue after I press it at all! They even have the guts to email me asking if I have any further question otherwise they "already did", "closed" my case.
I purchase the game on EA app yes in North America region.
I am not sure if there are different copy to have with limited language option (which is just stupid if you think about it, disregard the people who use the language not in their home country).
Especially the BF1, and BF4 that I purchase both have tons of languages to choice from.
And I didn't see any other support options on the website.
I bought the game using Origin but EA help won't help me. Why? Aren't these two the same thing?
The EA App replaced Origin and handles languages differently, unfortunately. If EA Help can't assist you then you'd probably need to buy a copy that supports the languages you want to use.
