I can't change the refresh rate into 240Hz

After saving it's still 60Hz, I've checked the Nvdia and AMD software, sure the vsync has been closed, but also 60Hz, it's strange that only in full screen mode it's 60Hz, other two mode it's actuall...

    Hello NapkinSleeping​,

    Try using the Nvidia app to manually change the settings, also check for updates for your CPU and GPU. Reinstalling Battlefield V should be an good option as well.
