I am also have issues equipping dog tags in BFV. I am playing on a PS5. I currently have the "Incendiary Master" equipped and tried to change to to another dog tag that I have earned. I go to that dog tag that I want, highlight it with X button, then push the square button to equip and nothing happens.

PS4 and PS5 are giving me the same problems; with this many people affected, hopefully it gets fixed soon

So Dog Tags have been broken for a little over a year now and it still isn't fixed. The trial player bug on Xbox is going on 3 years with no fix and no updates about it other than a temporary workaround that only works for a few weeks.When are these long standing bugs going to be fixed? Entire portions of the game simply don't function at all. And in the case of the Xbox trial player bug, the entire multiplayer portion of the game doesn't function. If anyone from EA or Dice reads this, when can we get some kind of communication on the progress of these issues? I'm tired of reading "it's being worked on" or contacting EA live chat support and being told "the studio team is working on it" or "please submit a bug report". We've been submitting bug reports and being told things are being worked on for years at this point. When will things actually be fixed?

@Netranger9 Funny as EA said self in April 2019 in a seperate Topic about this. Would expect more reports as it is Very poplulair in Battlefield.--------------@TTZ_Dipsy Investigating already 2 years. Srry, but I do not beleave, they really care. See my General for more 😉.---------------General: Yepp people, they know at least 2 years already about this issue, but never fixed or where able to fix this. Pretty bad. Did they even just tried something simple as removing the 2-Step way of equipping? To look if this would solve things.

I'm already 159 level but I can't equip the '150 rank' dogtag. It is not active. 'Equip' button is not shown. Moreover, my airborne points are 320.524/500.000 about a year. It did not go further even 1 point. What should I do to fix it?

Well, this is too ridiculous. They deal with techinal,billing and account. Who does deal with the in-game issue as stated in the paragraph?

Thank you, by the way. You redirected me to EA Customer Services but, ridiculously, they redirect me to forums and sites again. Moreover, they gave me a link that opened in 2018 and it is off the track. It has no any point with my issue.

What should be done now ?

@F_H_A_11999 Is it that you don’t know how to equip dog tags, or is it that there is a problem when trying to equip them?
How to equip: From the Menu press Profile-Awards-Dogtags, and then just press equip once you have selected the dog tag you want.
If there is a problem: I think I used to have the same problem(I would press equip, and NOTHING would happen) Anyway, it is somehow fixed for me now by I don’t know why.
