Hello, Customer Service. Why didn't my M1911 silver-plated skin be given to me? I am also a member.I really want this I love Battlefield 5 too much.

If you don't receive a content, an item or money in your game, only EA Assistance can help you. Try to contact them by mail, phone ,chat.... but unfortunately we can not do much more on this community forum.
You need an Advisor to look this with you. Contact with an EA Game Advisor as below:
