Missing Account

I logged into Battlefield for the first time on my pc and everything i bought achieved even earned on My XBOX account is not there nothing. its almost like im having a new account entirely. my ea is ...

    Hi ChizzieFuge,

    Since BFV doesn't have cross-progression all platform accounts are seperate. Unfortunately, anything unlocked or bought on Xbox will not transfer over to PC, so you'll need to start from scratch. Sorry.

I've tried the Help website but it does not work no human answers and every time i try to make a new ticket it marks it as respawned to continue every time i do so it doesn't give me the option after i click it to add more continue it or fix the ticket it just leads me to a link that continues giving me some bot form respawned that someone made after making the ea site as a default response  can anyone help me
