Missing online access

Hi all,

O recently connected my pc and PS account on EA and now when i try to play BFV online on PS4 it says 'missing online access'

I can only play single player games.

To my knowledge i have never been banned or suspended. My PS account has been hacked a few years back, but i got it back.

Anyone who knows a fix?

EA is currently not replying, most likely too busy with BF6, i presume.

    In that case, it may be worth trying the suggestions at the link in the screenshot (https://help.ea.com/en/articles/technical-issues/problems-connecting-online/).

    You can also check the ban history on your EA account and contact EA's ToS team directly to confirm if there is a ban. If you can't see a ban on the account in the history and do need to contact ToS, there's a webform at the link below.

    I solved it by refreshing my licenses, as i read on some other thread. 

    I tried all of the above but it didn't work. And i never received a ban.

    Hi Kwakzalver,

    Just to check, as you mentioned only being able to play single player, do you have a PS Plus subscription?
