My weapon (Type 97 vehicle-mounted machine gun) was upgraded to level 10, but the master mission did not appear.
Missing “Mastery 1 quest” and “city blue” skin.
I've tried deleting the game cache, completing full games, verifying game integrity, and waiting five days.
I contacted the EA consultant and they said there was no solution and asked me to post on the forum. They said the manager might be able to help. And I can't get help from the EA consultant now because I can't start a live chat with them.

This issue can be only resolved by EA support, try talking with a different support agent (start a new chat). Explain your situation in detail, as I have said nobody else can assist you.
