No access to online services due to ban but empty penalty history

Im going to join this thread as i have exactly the same issue for BFV.

Main menu says no access to online services due to a ban, check Penalty History and it is empty.

No alternative accounts, just use the one. EA Help has no means for me to email the ToS team directly and I keep getting an auto-reply with a 'solution' that doesnt apply to my situation.

An email address for the ToS team would be nice as I currently cant play BFV, and for no apparent reason.

    I encountered the same problem. I have no record of any penalties, but when I log into the game, it prompts that my account has been banned. In addition, when I try to submit an appeal through the webform, there is no option to send it to the Terms of Service (TOS) department.

    Thanks for giving that a try. Just to clarify, were you able to see the Steam account you usually play with under Connected Accounts when you logged in? Whichever login method had the most relevant accounts linked to it in that page would likely be the account with the sanction. 

    If you weren't able to see anything on the Penalty History page, even though you're on the account with the right linked platforms, you'll want to connect with live support and have them create a case for you. Unfortunately, we don't have the right tools to create a case here on the forums, so support would be the best channel. Feel free to include this thread when you contact support so they have more context.

    Thanks for taking the time to help.

    I opened a private window and logged in direct with my EA account, and then again via Steam linked account. Both showed no penalty history, (unfortunately?), and thus no option to contact ToS.

    Same result when attempting to 'appeal a ban' using the webform you provided above, again with both accounts.
