Are you still having some trouble with this, @johnbigjoh231?
If so let us know what platform you play the game on. (PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4) Please help the game will not connect, i have uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times, turned off router and turned it on, 4 times, made space on hard drive, and also turned Xbox one X off and back on. Dashboarded shut off the game then went back in multiple times, tried asking for prayer from 4 different religions, tried to negotiate with the game, and even said please. nothing works. i have been trying to get it to work for days now.
Try these steps:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/console/connection-troubleshooting-advanced-xbox/
Also, I recommend clearing your MAC Address, and doing a hard reset on your Console.
Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, and Clear.
Here's another handy link:

Let us know if this helps.
Thanks 🙂i followed the steps, looked at the links i am on a Xbox one x, it is still not connecting, it says go to EA support and continue to beg for help. this has been a few days of this and it has become extremely frustrating. It's 2019 and there was always less problems with games in the past what is the deal here.
- thank you anyway

Hey @GreaseMut, Do you have a 4g Device at home that you can try to use a network device and see if you see any improvements. Make sure that it's not connected to wifi at the same time.

I think I was having the same problem, I updated my game and it still won’t let me even get past the title screen...

Hey @Phishyphryday can you connect? There were some download/connectivity issues earlier but it should be cleared up by now. Try restarting your console this way before jumping into the game.
- Power cycle the console: http://bit.ly/XB1_PowerCycle
- Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.
If you're still not able to connect after those steps, we've actually seen others get online after making some DNS changes on the Xbox that's mentioned in threads here:

- Yup I tried clearing the MAC address, that didn’t work, I tried changing my dns settings and that didn’t work either...
