Platoon error, no tag and i can't find after joining

Hi,

I need help with platoons, I have recently joined a platoon and I don't have any tag on my nickname.

On the app Battlefield Companion, I see no issues, I am representing the clan with the tag.

I've also tried to find the clan on the PS4 platoons menu, but my specific platoon doesn't appear after the search.

Thanks

    @Rafasgard was the platoon made in BFV menu?

    Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.

    Power cycle the PlayStation console
    Completely turn off the PlayStation by holding the power button.
    Wait for the power light to stop flashing, then remove the power cable and leave the system for 20 minutes.
    Reconnect and attempt to launch Safe Mode.

  • @RafasgardHello! I believe that Battlefield V doesn’t have a direct link with the companion app like the previous BF titles so you have to join/create a platoon from your PS4 console.
    I tried this also from my companion and it wouldn’t give me any tag, but from ps4 it worked. In case you can’t find the specific platoon, you should search it by writing it down completely and correctly, or try writing it down almost completely. You have to give it a few tries before it is going to work.. Hope this helps.

  • @EA_Atic, the platoon was made when Battlefield V was out.

    I've made my request to join through BFV, applying on the "Find Platoon" tab.

    @Naplesmania, Hello.
    The tab "Your Platoon" only shows the message "Failed to load Platoons".
    I've tried to search in many ways, but the platoon doesn't appear.

    When I’m in the battlefield lobby and I go the the menu the platoon option doesn’t pop up for me, so I did it on the app and it had no problem but when I was in the game I didn’t have the platoons nickname
