Problem battlefield 5

Hello,

I have an issue with the installation of the game on ps4  it bloque like you see on the picture 

Somebody help me please!!??

    If you're still experiencing the issue, you should contact EA Support. They should be able to provide more specific troubleshooting recommendations tailored to your console.

    I deleted the game, reinstalled it, download the update 1.38 but still stuck in the same issue help

    Hello mmo21big​,

    If your game is stuck on 1%, then you should restart the download/install process. The issue should be resolved after that.

    Everything seems fine your online game is installing u just have to wait a while until it downloads bro:))
