Recon mastery not showing up in assignments..

I've recently achieved the rank of 20 for my recon hoping to get the assignment to access the challenges to get the skins but they aren't showing up any advice would be great thank you.

    Hi Woolly_Carnage,

    If you've confirmed that they're not in the Armory waiting to be claimed, you can try the suggestions in the "Item Acquisition" section of the BFV FAQ:

    However, if those do not work either, you will need to visit help.ea.com and open a support case, as missing items cannot be provided through these forums.

    The contact methods depend on availability I'm afraid. You could try selecting a different issue on the site that's close to missing items, as a chat option might be there, but otherwise you should get a response from the case you've opened when it's reached.

    Yes I've checked the armoury and they're no where to be seen, I've also submitted a case with EA support but have had no response. Is there anyway to arrange a live chat of some kind?
