Regarding submitting a new support case
I filed an appeal right after my account was permanently banned, yet there has been no progress for an entire month. My appeal status has remained "under review" without any further updates. Now I am trying to create a new support case, but the submit button does not respond at all after I fill in all information. Could you please let me know if this is a webpage bug, or if player appeals are no longer being accepted?
