Says I only have trial version

Are you game sharing by any chance, or is game sharing active on your console? It might be best to contact Xbox Support to confirm, but I believe Battlefield V can't be game-shared, which is potentially why it's appearing as a trial version for you if that setting is toggled.

Generally speaking, if you purchased the game through Xbox, it'd be best to make sure to connect with the support team there so they can look into your account and see if everything looks right.

Your account most likely has a trial marker assigned. It's a problem that's come up a few times in the past, if you wanted to search for other posts here for reference. 

As EA_mplsnow said, it's something that Xbox Support or EA Help will need to help you with, ao it'd be worth getting in touch with them.
