Special assignment after reaching Level 20 won't show up

Hi there !.

I'm new to the game and sorry for my bad english.

I have reached level 20 for Assault and Medic class. But the Special assignment Assault Mastery and Medic Mastery havent showed up yet in my Assignment tab. So i can not do the assignment to receive new soldiers skins T___T. 

I have searched through the internet and see many people have or had this problem as well. 

I tried to submit report through the EA app but so far no reply i guess Battlefield V is old so nobody care to support anymore. 

Is there anyway to fix this problem

    Hi @duyhoang251195 Best thing to do is to reach out to EA Help via help.ea.com so they can take a look (you should be able to open an email case and/or have a live chat). If this is what you've done already, though, then they may just not have reached your case yet. You can monitor the progress by going to 'My Cases' on the help site.

    However, there are some things you can try yourself too, and you can find them listed in the 'Item Acquisition' section of the BFV FAQ:

    Hi there !

    Thank you for your reply. They did solved my case a few minute ago. I think the support agent just click one button and done . But im not sure about other class like Support and Scout maybe in the future when i reach level 20 in Support or scout class, i have to request for help again

    @duyhoang251195 That might happen I'm afraid, but hopefully it doesn't and you just get awarded them as expected.

    I'm glad that they were able to quickly sort out this one for you though.
