Special assignments missing for assault class

I've hit level 20 on my assault class which should enable special assignments for the clothing, but they don't appear in my assignments tab. I've tried restarting the game and restarting my whole PC, this has problem has been present for about 3 days. Any ideas on how could I resolve it? I reaaalllyy want that drip.
