STILL Unable to Unlock Weapons???
Yes, players are STILL having this issue. After contacting EA support for this problem, my game was able to deliver battle reports, and I was able to unlock ONE item (the one I mentioned as an example to the support guy, the 'spawn beacon'). However, I still can't unlock new items, even despite having my battle reports fixed. In all four of my classes, I have multiple items in many categories that have been "available next round" for the past two weeks. If there is any ACTUAL fix to this bug (aside from contacting support for every item I want to unlock), please let me know; thank you.
- @trufflesRgood The problem seems to be, that you only mentioned the one missing item as an example, when you contacted the support. When I had the problem a very long time ago, I had to list every single item and assingment, that was missing. For some reason they can only add things manually and they don´t check on what you should have.
Go through your account and write down every single thing you are missing and contact support again.
