Tank Sensitivity Limits Turning Radius On Certain Vehicles [Videos included]

Summarize your bug Hachi and Staghound turning radius is unreasonably wide when Tank Sensitivity setting is relatively low (~15%). This setting doesn't appear to affect the turning radius of other vehicles.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Spawn in Hachi or Staghound with ~15% Tank Sensitivity and ~30% Vehicle Sensitivity.
What happens when the bug occurs? Hachi turning radius was broken for me ever since War in the Pacific released. Yesterday was the first time in months I spawned a Staghound, and it was broken too. The turning radius of both these vehicles is incredibly wide for me. Players in my squad who drove the Staghound I spawned didn't have any issues driving it. *It appears that the problem lies with the Tank Sensitivity setting. I included a video that shows how this setting affects the turning radius of the Staghound, as well as screenshots of my sensitivity settings.
What should be happening instead? The vehicles' turning radius shouldn't be affected by the Tank Sensitivity setting.

It may look like I'm just driving in a straight line, especially in the case of the Hachi, but I am holding either A or D all the way through.

    @Neehachu Can confirm, I made that other thread. Sadly I don't have any cohesive footage of the pre-patch turnrates, but there are plenty of youtube videos and such to compare it with. Yours looks even worse than mine. Maybe it's an issue with sensitivities somehow capping the max turn ratio?

    @TaroEld I tested it and you're right. The issue lies with the Tank Sensitivity setting which for some reason limits the turning radius on certain vehicles. Mine was set to 15%, and when I cranked it up the Staghound worked as intended, though now it's impossible to aim due to the high sensitivity.

    @Neehachu Thanks for testing. Welp, at least we figured out the issue. I hope Dice sees this thread and that it's an easy fix.

    if you don't fly you could turn down your vehicle sensitivity down to minimum. might work

    @Neehachu I just wanted to confirm that tank sensitivity seems to be the culprit. I put it to max, while reducing vehicle aim sensitivity by the same percentage, and my turn radius issues seem to be gone with aiming being the same. Still should get decoupled, though, it certainly feels like a weird oversight.

    @l337RAGE @TaroEld Yup, that's what I did – Set Tank Sensitivity to 100% and lowered the other relevant sensitivities. Now I can properly drive the Hachi. 

    ...For around 30 seconds before I'm one-shot by enemy aircraft :-)

    haha know the feeling! At least the Hachi is usable for now now thing thing is ridiculously overpowered. Tried it last night easiest 80 kill game I have had. No enemy stayed on the objectives for long!

    @Neehachu I thought it was just me! Friends in the server said the tank was handing fine, and all other vehicles were steering normally for me. Haven't used a Staghound in months, so I assumed it was something with just the HaChi. Thanks for posting!
