The problem about the anti-cheat

When I tried to play Battlefield V. I find I can't open it, which was caused by the anti-cheat system. Every time when I tried to open it(by steam or EA APP), i found it would be closed with nothing....

In fact, I has reinstalling it al least 4 times, whether uninstall and install or just update. I even use 2 different version(from STEAM and the website you gave), but it doesn't work.

    Did you follow the steps for troubleshooting the anti-cheat zengwuke​?
