Unable to connect to EA Servers

Hi everyone,

I have installed BFV yesterday but when I skip the campaign and try to play online. The game is always telling me that it couldn't connect to EA servers.

I have tried many things such as :

- Reset my DNS (as they told on an official post)

- Do the BF1 tutorial on %ProgramData%

- Uninstall & reinstall Origin + BFV

Nothing seems to work !

I am starting to desesperate ☹️

Would you have any other solution to suggest ?

Btw I had the same issue with BF1 that I solved with the 2nd solution & BF2042 is working well!

    I'm curious what would happen if you start up your PC in a Clean Boot before you launch BFV. If there's something else running that might be interfering with the game connection that may help narrow it down.

    You can find more info on how to set up a Clean Boot over at the EA Help website. Once you've had the chance to give it a shot please let me know how it goes. Thanks!

    @Luuuron,

    Thanks for giving it a shot.

    Could you share a DxDiag when you have the chance? You can find more details on how to grab one at the EA Help website. Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread. Thanks!

    @Luuuron

    Thank you!

    From the DxDiag you attached it looks like some Windows processes might be crashing. I am curious if that might be related to the issues you've been seeing in BFV.

    When you have the chance can you try running the Windows System File Checker tool to see if it's able to find any issues? You can find more info on how to run the tool at the Microsoft Support website

    Once you've had the chance to give it a try please let me know how it goes. Thank you!

    Hello,

    So finally, I have been able to solve my issue by flying to another country 😃

    I was living in Mexico but I flew back to my country yesterday (France). When I was there the small Ingame Update would not start for both BFV & BF1 and it works perfectly here.

    Are BFV & BF1 related to the country where you bought it? at least to fully install it?

    I didn't have this issue with BF4 & BF2042.

    It's fixed for now but as I am moving to another country outside Europe in 2 weeks, I would like to know if I have to let them on my laptop to play it.

    Thanks!
