I am writing to demand an immediate explanation for the absolute chaos currently happening with your account notification and anti-cheat systems.
On June 3, 2026, I received an official email from EA stating that my account had been banned yet again, specifically referencing Battlefield 5.
Following this alarming notification, I immediately went to check my official Ban History on my EA Profile. To my absolute bewilderment, the history is completely empty. There is no active ban listed on my account. Furthermore, I launched Battlefield 5 to test multiplayer, and the online mode works perfectly fine.
What on earth is going on at EA?
First, we had the mass-ban disaster on January 10, 2026, where thousands of innocent players were locked out for two weeks due to your system glitches. Now, your systems are sending out terrifying, automated ban threats to legitimate players for games they can still actively play, while the account dashboard shows zero infractions.
This is psychological harassment of your paying customers. Your automated anti-cheat and moderation systems are completely broken, sending false positives and phantom notifications.
