Wrong ban of my battlefield 5 account

Hello EA Support,I am appealing the ban on my Battlefield V account for an alleged violation of Rule 6.My id is Formerance, you could check.I sware to the god&nbsp; that I have never used cheats, hacks, macros, exploits, modified game files, or any unauthorized software to gain an unfair advantage. The results also show that my k/d is less than 0.5.One possible explanation is that I was using a VPN while playing and changed VPN servers during the session. This may have caused sudden changes in my IP address or location and possibly triggered an abnormal activity detection.I respectfully request a manual review of my account, gameplay records, and the evidence related to this ban. Please also provide more specific information about what activity was considered a violation of Rule 6.If this was a false positive, I sincerely hope the ban can be removed.Thank you for your time and review.

To have your ban reviewed, please follow this guide to submit a dispute request directly to the terms of service moderation team.
Make sure to include in the form all the information you believe could be useful for the review, such as the VPN situation you described.
