10 second runoff and timeout
I just had a penalty at the end of the game and lost because of a 10 second runoff. I still had 2 team timeouts, I should have been allowed to use them. This should be fixed to reflect NCAA clock rules.

- @justinpbartels Agreed. Same with injury timeouts.
same deal happened to me and cost me a trip to the conf championship in an online dynasty. running down the clock on purpose then a false start. I should have been able to call my timeout but the runoff was instant.
