Booster, Training & other packs

Over the last month I have bought about a handful of points even up to the $134 on Jan 7 and out of Boosters, Training and other point packs I have had no great pulls. I use to get a really decent pull like every booster and every couple of training packs I would pull really good. But over the last month I have only pulled anything higher than a 94 like 3 times and I’m getting the same players if I pull any 90s like 5 or 6 times otherwise Im pulling low 90s or all 80s. Is there an issue with any of the packs. I know I seen a streamer report what he was pulling and they caught his pulls were done during a time when there was an issue with the spaces and all and he got reimbursement packs sent to him
