Bug with Dynasty Coach not getting coins/points upon leveling up

It has happened to me a few times now where my coach levels up, I get the +10 animation during the level up bar, but the points don't actually appear. And this is at low levels so don't believe it is...

I’m 10 games into yr one on my 4th dynasty. Last game I had 25 first downs. Worth 2 points each. Check my coach goals and apparently only have 17 first downs FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON. Other in my dynasty are at level 10 as coaches. I’m at 7. With the #1 offense in the country by a LONG shot. This is completely unacceptable to me. Makes me want to just quit all together.
