Bug with Dynasty Coach not getting coins/points upon leveling up

It has happened to me a few times now where my coach levels up, I get the +10 animation during the level up bar, but the points don't actually appear. And this is at low levels so don't believe it is...

Pointless to start over. I did.  It's not a bug.  Level 50 is maxed out in two straight dynasties for me right at year 8-10.  This is a brainless decision. There's no point or incentive to play a dynasty past 10 years as you don't make your coach or team better once you've hit 50.  You're ?essentially just stuck playing a looped season. Should be able to reallocate points AND continue into perpetuity in offline mode until I have a god-like coach and team.

@5kstone If you go through either the EA Dynasty Deep Dive, or one of their other "big picture" propaganda posts, they decided anything above 50 was "unrealistic" and detracts from the game. Basically telling us what we want. I've pointed this out. Crickets.
