Can’t access Ultimate Team servers

For 3 consecutive days, I’ve tried to Que up on the COLLEGE FOOTBALL 25 ultimate team servers to no avail.

Every time I go to launch an ultimate team  game, it says “failed to start game, unexpected error has occurred”. 
I’ve reached out to the support team, as well as tried deleting both the game and saved files (did not work!). I’ve also tried to unplug my router 3 different times and did not work!

    Hi @DEVZOG, To confirm do you only get the error message when trying to access Ultimate Team? Also which platform are we on?

    I too have been trying to play Ultimate Team on PS5, upon going to the challenges and pressing Play, I get the Error: "Our Servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." I been trying for the past 3 days. This is unacceptable.

    Hi @Sports_Baller12, Can you try generating a new line up and check if the error continues in Ultimate Team?
