Can we get a REAL Coaching mode for online play?

I have a few friends that only want to Coach and feel it's ironic to have a Coach Mode as an option and also have the option to be a Coach. Is it possible to have a true online coaching mode where we can create an online dynasty where you don't control a single player at all on the field like...I don't know...a real coach? Audibles are fine and even hout routes but once the ball is snapped I want the players to react as they are trained. Surely that can't be too hard to program in. I'm not talking about a "Just don't touch the controller" thing but a real mode that lets you be a real coach. Come on, EA.
