More dynasty wishlist items:
1. Remove the level cap already..or at the very least make it either much, MUCH higher or toggleable on/off
This is the simplest, most obvious, most straightforward thing to have for getting people to play dynasties longer term. Keep giving them rewards or things to shoot for.
There's simply no need for a level cap at all in this mode. If people don't want their coach to have to many abilities, they don't have to spend the points they accrue. But for people who lose interest when they no longer have anything to shoot for, it just makes the mode a grind to get to the top and have nothing more to accomplish/earn.
Honestly, this shouldn't even be a wishlist item. This could likely EASILY be accomplished by a very minor patch.
2. Remove the limit on number of recruits who can visit in a given week.
It is actually COMMON in College Football to have a super big, super huge, high stakes recruiting weekend centered around a really important game. There's already penalties for competing recruits visiting at the same time, so why not allow a user to bring in 10 recruits at once if they want to?
3. Add much and I mean MUCH more "program building" type of features for schools that aren't the "big boys" of College Football.
College Football in the real world has been pretty much rigged in favor of the blue chips for decades. Does it have to be that way in a video game as well? Why are their aspects of my school that I can't improve no matter how many national championships that I win? I can't improve Campus Experience? Academic Reputation? etc. These things are just hardcoded and a permanent, unchangeable weakess?
I call severe BS on that.
And what about things like stadium expansion and improvements? Improve home field advantage by adding 30K more seating capacity or something? Raise money by gladhanding big donors or having a guy who won the Heisman and get drafted first round into the NFL give back in a couple of years?
The basic problem with dynasty right now is that it is "functional" but utterly lacking in imagination and longterm growth potential.
You win a few years in a row and, well, there stops being anything new to do. There is just so, so much untapped potential here that it screams laziness and uninspired.
4. Improve the presentation elements MASSIVELY.
More than one menu song. Full stat lines rather than just like three items. A TROPHY ROOM and so on and so forth. CFB25 was honestly worse than EA14 in a lot of aspects like this. It had a trophy room. You could create montage of highlight clips and so on. This was a hugely disappointing part of this game. Eleven years later and less features.
